I see it’s been a while since you posted, but I just wanted to ask—has anyone tried Jobber or Housecall Pro lately? I’ve been hearing good things about them for scheduling and invoicing. Also wondering if local support is a big deal for anyone here, or if cloud-based is enough even with patchy internet sometimes? Curious what’s been working for everyone recently.

I’ve been using JIRA to manage my handyman team’s workflow, and getting the labels right made a big difference in keeping things organized. This guide helped a lot: https://appliger.com/best-practices-of-using-jira-labels/— it explains the best ways to set up and use labels so everyone’s on the same page. Might help if you're setting up from scratch or just trying to clean things up.
