2016 Olympic games: Mali female football team withdraws from qualifier against Nigeria
Ahead of the 2016 Olympics games, Mali’s Female National Football team has pulled out of a first round qualifying fixture for the Women’s Football Tournament against Nigeria. A letter from FIFA, Thursday evening notified the Nigeria Football Federation of the development. According to the letter, both leg matches of the 2 round are cancelled and Nigeria's women national team has automatically qualified for the 3 round matches.
