In the race for the services of Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah, Al-Ittihad have made an offer worth £215 million. According to a report by The Sun, Al-Ittihad are keen on having Mohamed Salah in their ranks. The Saudi Pro League club have been after his signatures for the past few weeks and they have once again put forward a record offer to land him at the club.

Salah has been a part of the Liverpool setup since joining them from AS Roma back in the summer of 2017. The 31-year-old has gone from strength to strength over the years and has helped them almost every major trophy. He has played an integral part in the Merseyside club’s triumph in the Champions League and the Premier League.

The Egypt international is still amongst the best forwards in world football and there is a lot of interest in him from across the world. The former Roma winger still has two years left on his deal with Liverpool. But, his future at the club is uncertain because of the interest in him from the Middle East. Saudi Pro League clubs have spent a fortune during the summer transfer window to bolster their squads. They have signed some of the biggest players from European football. And, are looking to make Salah their newest star.

The SPL champions Al-Ittihad are keen on having him in their ranks. They have been in talks with Liverpool for a while now. According to reports, they have already submitted multiple bids but both have been rejected. The Merseyside club have no intentions of selling Salah. And, their manager Jurgen Klopp has made it clear on multiple occasions that he is not for sale. But, Ittihad have no intentions to stop and they are still looking to test Liverpool’s resolve. While the transfer window in Europe is over, the window of the Saudi Pro League is still open. As a result, the chiefs of Al-Ittihad have flown to London to push for his services one last time, after failing with a bid of £170 million pounds, the Middle East club have followed it up with an offer that will go up to £215 million with add-ons. The offer will surely force the Merseyside club to rethink their decision.

hile Liverpool haven’t been open to a deal, the player’s entourage has been listening to offers. According to reports, Ittihad are willing to offer £2.45m a week to part ways with Jurgen Klopp’s men. They are also ready to offer other incentives like a percentage on shirt sales and a £55,000 win bonus as well as ambassadorial roles.
