It has been a busy summer transfer window for Chelsea this year. Here’s a summary of everything you need to know about Chelsea's activities to date, with some exciting new signings, fond farewells and contract extensions to catch up on.

Axel Disasi: The French international defender joined Chelsea from Monaco on a six-year contract, having shown his quality over several years in his homeland, making 130 appearances in the top-flight. He started his Blues career with a debut goal against Liverpool.

Moises Caicedo: A 21-year-old midfielder with plenty of Premier League experience from his time at Brighton, Caicedo signed an eight-year contract with Chelsea in August. The Ecuadorian made 43 appearances for the Seagulls last term, winning their Player of the Season award.

Nicolas Jackson: The Senegal international signed an eight-year contract with Chelsea following a breakout 2022/23 campaign in La Liga with Villarreal, in which he struck 12 goals.

Romeo Lavia: After impressing for Southampton in the Premier League last season, 19-year-old Belgian midfielder Lavia completed a move to Chelsea in August, signing a seven-year contract.

Alex Matos: Capable of playing in midfield and attack, Matos featured for Norwich’s Under-18s and Under-21s last season. He scored three goals in the Premier League 2 for the latter before his summer switch.

Diego Moreira: Portugal Under-21 international Moreira completed a move to Chelsea from Benfica, where he played an important role in the club’s 2022 UEFA Youth League triumph, the 18-year-old grabbing two assists in the final.

Christopher Nkunku: The skilled attacker joined the club from RB Leipzig for the 2023/24 season, with the 25-year-old, who has been capped 10 times by France, agreeing a six-year contract.

Kendry Paez: Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign teenage midfielder Paez from Independiente del Valle. The Ecuadorian, who will join after his 18th birthday, has already built a reputation in South America as one of the brightest and most creative young talents around.

Mason Mount: Mount's 18-year association with Chelsea came to an end when he left for Manchester United. Having won silverware in our academy, he broke into the senior team in 2019/20 and set up the decisive goal in our 2021 Champions League final victory over Manchester City.
