I sweat a lot, especially in the summer. My scalp starts to sweat when I move a little. I used to think that wearing a wig would be very stuffy and uncomfortable, and I was even worried that it would slide off. But later, because of my thinning hair, I decided to try wearing a wig. I didn't expect that as long as I chose the right method, people who sweat a lot would have no problem wearing a wig.
I started with a lightweight
half wig. This wig does not completely cover the entire scalp, but only covers the back half, so it is much more breathable. In addition, I still have some hair, and it blends naturally with my original hair. Others can't tell that I'm wearing a wig.
Later, I tried a
glueless wig, especially the one with elastic bands that can be adjusted in size. It does not require glue and is not easy to fall off. Even when I sweat, it can stick to my head firmly and will not slide. The key is that it is easy to put on and take off. I can take it off as soon as I get home, and my scalp can "breathe", which is really much more comfortable.
I have another little trick, which is to use a sweat-absorbing turban or hair net to tidy up your hair before wearing a wig, and absorb some sweat at the same time, which can prevent the wig from shifting and keep your scalp dry. In addition, it is also important to choose a wig inner cap made of thin lace material. Don't buy the stuffy and thick ones, which really can't be worn for a few minutes.
So, even if you sweat a lot like me, as long as you choose the right style and pay attention to the daily wearing method, you can still wear a wig refreshingly and naturally, and don't worry that sweating will affect the effect of the wig.
