One of my favorite wig textures lately is the burmese curly. A friend recommended it to me, and I was completely hooked the moment I put it on.
What's the best thing about the burmese curly? It has a spring-like, firm base, but unlike the small, dense curls of a traditional afro, it has a more natural curl from the roots to the middle, with a springy feel at the ends—a truly unique look.
I particularly love it because it resists falling apart even without frequent care. Simply spray it with conditioner after washing, and even after it dries, the curls remain full, springy, and incredibly realistic, resembling your natural curls.
Compared to the tight, all-over curls of a
kinky curly wig, the
burmese curly wig creates a more layered look, especially when blown by the wind—the airy feel is simply stunning. It's also less frizzy and a bit lower maintenance than a deep wave.
My favorite way to style it today is to tie it up in a half-up bun, showing off some of my forehead without looking too frizzy. It's so photogenic when I'm out and about!
If you're looking for a fresh, yet subtle, curl texture, the burmese curly is definitely worth a try.
