Temu has been incredibly popular in the past two years, and I've even placed several wig orders there. Honestly, Temu wigs are a bit of a "hit and miss" thing. Sometimes you can find a great value, but you can also end up with a bad deal.
The first time I bought a wig on Temu was because I saw a
kinky curly wig for a really cheap price, only a few dozen yuan. It looked great, but after wearing it two or three times, it started to tangle and felt a bit frizzy. After that, I didn't have a very good impression of Temu wigs.
But then I discovered that Temu actually has official stores for major brands, such as CurlyMe and OQ Hair. If you buy from an official store, the quality of the wigs is consistent with the official ones, and the after-sales service is more reliable. I once bought a
half wig from the Temu CurlyMe official store, and it arrived just like the one I bought from the official store, and the shipping was even faster.
So my rule of thumb is: if you're just looking to try out a new look, buy some inexpensive styles on Temu. But if you plan to wear it long-term, it's best to choose a major brand's official store on Temu. That way, you can be sure of the quality of the wig, and if there are any problems, you can contact customer service, rather than being stuck in a small store.
In short, Temu wigs can't be generalized, but choosing the right store is crucial.
