i was trying to make payment for the visa fee. the fee is 186USD. I do not have a dollar card so my boss decided to give me her card details to make the payment. but we got this erroe message; the payment was refused by your card provider. this is because you do not have sufficient funds or you entered your card details incorrectly. please try again. but my boss has sufficient funds and the details were correct
