These are both good forms of investment but it all depends on your foresight on investment matters.

An investment of 10million naira at the rate of 11% for 90days will give you #271,232.877
So lets say you roll over every 3months for 2years your profit will be #2,169,863.02.
This looks good thus far.
But lets use Amen Estate phase2 as a case study for Real estate investment.
Amen estate was open for sale at 9.5million and rose to 10million naira and in 2years it has increased to 15million naira.
Which means in 2years this property has appreciated and brought about a profit of 5million naira for an investor.
Same Amount but different profit value.
Whats your opinion on this????
