John Dunstan Ukpong A.K.A Jeneral Doomsta or J Doomsta is a Nigerian Afro Dancehall and Reggae recording Artist currently residing in Lagos, Nigeria. The Jeneral who is an alumni of the great University of Lagos is the 9th child of a Christian Commoner who hailed from Mbiafun in Ikono local government area of Akwa-Ibom state.
Jeneral Doomsta’s passion for music is largely attributed to the influence he received from his senior brother (of his blessed memory) who was a Nigerian Marine and part-time Disc Jockey.
His music career officially started at the University of Lagos in 2010 as an up and coming singer and rapper where he participated in many different social events within the University campus.
J Doomsta is set to storm the music and entertainment industry with his debut single ‘Fine Girls’, a club rocker and catchy tune with a global appeal amongst music lovers in Nigeria and beyond our borders.
The track speaks volumes for itself and is already receiving positive feedback from industry professionals. ‘Fine Girl’ is set to be one of the feature singles of his upcoming LP Album titled ‘Surprise’ which is projected to be released in 2023.
